Zombie Games: Featured in PC Gamer!

Loktar and I were rather shocked and excited to find out Zombie Games was mentioned in the March 2008 issue of PC Gamer Magazine! We were listed as, "The most comprehensive zombie-game site on the Net!", so it is official! ;)

This month's feature is "The Undead Invade In 2008", so I recommend picking up a copy.


Loktar and I have both been fans of PC Gamer since it was first published, so it is a childhood dream come true to have Zombie Games mentioned. I now have the page framed on my wall.

Thanks to everyone at PC Gamer, and to all of our members and users. Our work is far from done, and we'll be continuing to make additions and improvements to the site in throughout 2008.

We've updated some of Zombie Games' code, and the site should be much faster and more responsive.

English of the Dead

Sega is releasing a new zombie game for the Nintendo DS in the "House of the Dead" series called "English of the Dead". The concept is similar to "Typing of the Dead", but instead of killing zombies by typing; you have to translate Japanese words and phrases to English. Sega currently has no plans to release an American version of this game.

Dead Rising PC

Dead Rising is in developement for the PC, according to a leak by Capcom's Italian game distributor.


Dead Rising is currently a zombie game only available for the Xbox 360. In Dead Rising you play as a photojournalist, trapped in a shopping mall that has been invaded by zombies. The player must fight off zombies, and rescue survivors, while trying to uncover how the zombie infestation occurred.
